We helped Sprint reorganize and refresh retail communications across 12,000 Sprint stores nationwide, improving the customer experience by creating a more dynamic and flexible architecture and visual language.
Reorganizing their offering and floor plan allowed us to create a more intuitive layout that better meets the shopping needs of their target customers.
• Reorganized devices by form factor/input method to ease navigation and comparison
• Better highlight the range of apps and content offered to encourage trial and adoption
• More prominently display what is new and unique; allow different spaces to feature a device, a new offering (ex. Kindle), and a service/plan (ex. Premier)
• Create a location for account management and plan messaging; designate a consolidated collateral section
Utilizing existing POP fixturing systems with slight modifications, we created a more dynamic and effective messaging architecture.
• The billboard wall panels communicate an aspirational high-level brand message, reducing visual clutter
• New panels at eye-level allow a more focused, effective navigation system
• New fact tags, common across all company-owned store formats, place detailed information right next to devices for easier comparison and shopping
